​Mr. Chandulal M. Shah and family were proprietors of the children’s wear establishment named ‘Emelie’ from 1940 to 2014 located at 293 Mahatma Gandhi Road, Pune, India.

In memory of Mr. Chandulal M. Shah, his wife, Mrs. Ramangauri C. Shah and daughter, Ms. Induben C. Shah, The Emelie Foundation was then established in 2016.
